The staff here was fantastic, and the room provided a very comfortable night's sleep in a cozy bed.

Dirty, small, old. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I had to change rooms because the tv didn't work.The office was still locked at 7.30am even though breakfast was supposed to begin at 7.00am. When I did get in, there were 5 small muffins on a plate and about 4 apples. Really a horrible experience.

Awesome staff flexible abouta late check out not the cleaniest most fancy room it was a little janky but its motel 6 it was defibitely worth the money!! Also love that its pet friendly!!

This place is located in a nice building 🏨 in a convenient spot, right next to a tasty Mexican restaurant.

The bath door was punched and kicked in with dent.

We booked breakfast included. But...NO BREAKFAST whatsoever....just coffee and tiny sugar muffins, the staff was very rude !! no pool as well..... do not go there.....ever !!! (no wifi in the room, just at the reception). If you complain, it's your fault and they lie everything !!

Luxury and nice place with awesome staff. Marvellous location to a retail mall. Incredibly comfortable rooms with microwave and the outter bathroom and spa Bath, free parking. Great food options. Early check-in, late check-out.

There was bed bugs inside the comforter and the floor was sticky also the carpet was sticky full of grime. It was so bad it turned my feet black just walking around on it. It was discusting. It was supposed to be my honeymoon needless to say the night was ruined due to finding bed bugs under the comferter. I will never go there again. Poor very poor room. Not even a coffee pot was provided just a microwave and fridge there wasn't even WiFi available to sign into like they said. I'm highly upset.

Convenient location near stores, a music festival during my stay made the experience even better. It was all awesome and super peaceful. 🎶 So nice!

Room wasn't clean. No iron. Toilet not bolted down. Tub didn't drain. Sink had all kinds of cigarettes and misc disgusting stuff in it and it wouldn't drain. Staff would do nothing to accommodate.. they advertise free wifi.. they do not have wi-fi. In fact you can hardly get cell phone service when inside the room. They advertise as fully renovated and that is the far from true.. my room had extremely old and dirty carpet, stained beds and box springs and comforters with burn holes. We had no towels. When I requested towels they came to me stained... horrible experience.

This place has a good-looking and comfortable unit with a spa bath, fridge, and an outer bathroom. The location is marvelous and in a great area. 🌟

I should have heeded the other reviews of this place. The best thing about this place was the location next to an awesome Mexican restaurant. Order the Azteca drink, IT'S AWESOME! The price, the fact that they have spa baths and location is why I booked here, but after this experience, I doubt if I would have enjoyed the spa here.

The man that checked me in was very rude. I booked 2 rooms originally (one with a spa bath, one regular, both king beds) but canceled the spa the night before due to budget. The check in time was 1pm but the room I booked wasn't ready when I arrived at 2:30pm and wouldn't be ready for another hour. The spa room was ready, but I canceled it. He didn't know for some reason. I didn't get the king bed room I booked, instead I ended up with a 2 queen bed room and it was called an upgrade, even though I had no use for a second bed. The upgrade would have been him giving me the spa bath king room. There is a banner on the building when you arrive saying that the rooms are "newly renovated", this is a boldface LIE! There's busted electric sockets; no phone in the room so I had to walk to the office get new batteries for the t.v. remote (I read it in someone else's review and thought they were joking, the same thing happened to me!); the walls are dirty; the carpet is old and dirty; the furniture is old; the lights flicker; THERE ARE BED BUGS! I don't know about the wifi because I didn't try to use it. There was no soap; no coffee maker as stated (although the coffee packets were there next to 2 plastic cups) The mini fridge barely worked (I didn't check if the temp could have been lowered though); no iron as stated. We packed up at 1a.m. after my girl seeing the bed bugs and went to office to complain. I wanted a refund, but this guy says he could only give me a different room. I didn't want another room, because if one room has bed bugs, more than likely they all do. We left. Don't know what the breakfast was like, but all the other reviews say its a muffin and coffee. I've stayed in better rooms for $45 in San Bernardino. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH $60! Hell, I spent $30 on 3 drinks in the restaurant next door and had a better time in the 1 1/2 hour we were there than at this motel.
